For best results,  aim for 4 days per week of weight training
Workout time frame: 45-60 minutes
Protein Requirements:
Male = 1.5-2g per LB of LBM;
Female = 0.9-1.2g per LB of LBM
Start meal changes on Saturdays to perfect by Monday
