A.D.A.P.T
All Defensive and Power Training.

ADAPT is a multi disciplinary defensive tactics and power training platform. Designed to bring an active person to maximum power output in 36 weeks. The defensive component can be completed in 12 weeks.

Defensive Tactics is normally taught to law enforcement, military and interested personnel. To partake in these programs there are physical entry requirements. Power Training is what is used in athletic conditioning. ADAPT has married the two enabling you to be all you can be.

Def Con 3
Defensive tactics training:
Anticipating problems redirecting aggressor, Non-threatening stances and defence against holds, chokes, strikes, punches, kicks, knives, sticks, hand guns and long arms.

Strength and Conditioning:
Multi directional strength training including kettle bells, sand bags, sledgehammers, tires, slings, weights and plyometrics level 1.

Def Con 2
Defensive tactics training:
This goes through the same syllabus as Def Con 3 except training is done after the body has been subjected to exercise stress.

Strength and Conditioning:
Multi directional training with a high-speed component. Tools used are same as before, introduction to Olympic Weightlifting and Level 2 Plyometrics.

Def Con 1
Defensive Tactics Training:
This goes through the same syllabus as Def Con 2 except training is at a higher level of stress.

Strength and Conditioning:
Putting the exercises learnt in different sequences to keep the body adapting.

Participant’s age ranges have been between 14 and 75. All have found it beneficial to their sports and lives.

• Increased strength, speed, muscle tone
• Fat loss

The training is usually conducted within small groups, but individual instruction is available.
Coach Wilson has a military background. He has taught law enforcement personnel, military personnel and civilians. Come and have a go.
