HEEL-STRIKING IS THE WORST WAY TO RUN

HEEL-STRIKING IS THE WORST WAY TO RUN

Heel striking is wrong and is not good for you no matter how you twist it. Plus there is no scientific research to back it up. Just because some elite runners are heel strikers doesn’t mean anything. They are human just like you and nobody taught them any better. Have you thought about how many world records could’ve been shattered, if heel striking wasn’t an issue?

Heel strikers have a whole list of running related injuries, maybe it should be said “bad-running related injuries” such as:

Heel pain

Shin Splints

Achilles Tendonitis

Plantar Fasciitis

Various knee pains

ITB problems

Stress Fractures of shin bones and even femur bone (especially women)

Lower back pain

Constant impact on the heel bone produces numerous implications that like a domino effect spread through the entire body and before you know it there are pains and aches that don’t seem to be related to running, but they are. Take for example back pain. Did it ever occur to you that if you experience back pain and you’re a heel striking runner that your back pain could be eliminated by simply running.

Mainly because more and more men and women are suffering from lower back pain, I really want to contribute the info about what has aided me. Jesse Canonne, the founder of The Healthy Back Institute, has just publicized his new book “The 7 Evening Back Pain Cure” and for the moment, you can get it FREE of charge here: live-without-back-pain.com/LoseBackPain. But hurry, that free of charge offer could end anytime!
