Over the years we have seen a demand for a more knowledgeable, experienced and respectful trainer. Our vision is to service this market as one-on-one coaches, provide education for the corporate world, foster a more relaxed, healthy and productive workforce and offer our business model to existing personal trainers. Furthermore our team also consists of body workers, postural analysis coaches and a variety of specialised coaches (i.e: Boxing, Running, Tennis and Weight Lifting) to ensure that you receive the correct techniques to attain optimal results.

Through motivation, education and dedication, our team of specialists will help you realise how to achieve a higher state of physical health, professional efficiency and mental clarity. Our results-driven, personalised programs maximise your workouts with variety that keeps you and your muscles guessing and provide you with remarkable insight into the true world of health and fitness. Profiles

Ken LaVanda

Over the past 15 years Ken has been a gym and studio owner, training and development lecturer, strength and conditioning coach for an Australian sporting team, a masseur and a manager of 80+ Personal Trainers and Personal Training managers. He has worked with all levels of fitness, specialising in Strength & Conditioning, Functional Movement, Pre & Post Natal Pregnancy, Rehabilitation, Weight loss, Toning and Body sculpting. He also specialises in Nutrition and various Massage techniques including sports, remedial, trigger point, relaxation, therapeutic and craniosacral therapy. He has a special interest in Natural Body Building, competing over the last 5 years with personal achievements including; winning NSW& SA State Titles, Australian National Titles and a placing in the International Olympia.

Ken has a Certificate III & IV in Personal Training including special populations, nutrition and weight management, strength and conditioning, advanced programming and a current Senior First Aid certificate. Ken continually attends various workshops and courses to add to his professional developments with fitness and nutrition. Achieving various certificates including stability ball exercise, aqua aerobics, integrated correctional exercises, kick/punch pad and many more.

Furthermore he has been involved in a range of community initiatives including assisting with the Auskick program for outback students, Fitness and Development programs within outback Primary schools and initiating the first Personal Trainer Challenge at Fitness First to raise funds for local charities.

Ken thoroughly enjoys all aspects of the fitness industry and especially likes to assist people in achieving personal results and quality of life. Beyond fitness, Ken’s passion is his family. Spending time with his wife Lisa and 2 children Nicholas (16) and Maddison (3 months) is what matters most.

Darius Alligan

Hailing from the United Kingdom, Darius has spent over 14 years in the Health and Fitness Industry and brings a fresh and elevated approach to the Australian shores of training. Having witnessed many training trends come and go, Darius maintains a simple and effective Back-to-Basics approach – a combination of cardiovascular fitness, weight resistance work and a lot of movement. Embodying the absolute view that health and well-being are from within and without, Darius trains not only the body but encompasses the power of positive mind, personal belief, correct nutrition and balanced spirit are all essential for long term results and thus embodies this in his training approach.

Darius has a global knowledge having widely travelled to learn from various Masters of sport and fitness. The knowledge he has acquired brings revolutionary techniques to his clients not commonly acquired by today’s trainers. A sample of his pursuits sees him as a qualified trainer in the Pose Method of Running and recently he has acquired the Pose Movement Level 1 – the only person in Australia. In addition he is a Latvian trained Kettle Bell coach and Nutritional advisor. This insight and knowledge has allowed him to develop his own long-term training model and uphold his belief that training is about educating and empowering his clients to long-term health and wellbeing as well achieving results!

Searl Dembo

Searle Dembo is a dynamic high energy trainer who has been involved in the fitness industry for 17 years , which has finally lead to his passion in training clients to reach there potential threw hard work while following a regulated programme.

His sporting credentials read as follows he played club rugby and cricket; the pinnacle came when he played pennants golf which lead him to represent Australian in the Maccebi games.

“Life is there to be lived and life is not a dress rehearsal, so live life.”

His specialty is boxing for max fat loss and fitness, as well as training for a better future, enabling you to live life now and in your later years.

Paul Dunington

I have been involved in the fitness industry for over 10 years now seeing most of my time spent playing football, rugby and a competing in swimming. I have always enjoyed out door team sports which has lead me to develop my own style of out door group training being, what I call “true functional fitness”

I see myself as a specialist in training groups as I am able to create a great team environment with group challenges as well as staying focused on the individual and their personal goals.

I am a fully qualified trainer and continue to study even now, where my focus is corrective exercise for those who need a little more education in the gym and not so much entertaining.

Originally from England however I am now settled here in Sydney enjoying the outdoor lifestyle spending most of my spare time down the beach and surfing.
